They have two types of ham, three side options, and they even offer over seven different delicious pies available for selection. Baffoni’s Poultry Farm, located in Johnston, Rhode Island, has been serving the community since 1935. The 80-acre farm is equipped with coops that house over 25,000 chickens and 1,200 turkeys. From grandfathers to grandchildren, the fourth generation Baffoni family continues to use the same practices as the first. In addition, the Baffoni’s were award Rhode Island’s first and only USDA certification for an on-site poultry slaughterhouse in earl 2014.
