What better way to kick off Thanksgiving than a Turkey Trot with your friends and family? Franklin will be hosting the town’s annual Turkey Trot on Thursday, November 28th at 8am. The entry fee is $25 or 25 nonperishable food items.  Last year the Franklin Turkey Trot raised $13,880 and 24,801 bags of groceries. You all should definitely sign up for the perfect event to be a part of this Thanksgiving.



In the spirit of giving, don’t miss out on the Holiday Sip and Shop; with plenty of crafters and vendors to shop from, shop local this holiday. The Alumni Restaurant and Bar in Franklin will help you avoid the hustle and bustle of holiday shopping at the mall, enjoy a crafted cocktail while shopping for your loved ones!

The Franklin Performing Arts Company will be hosting its annual production of The Nutcracker, a holiday tradition in Franklin for over 20 years. The highly anticipated and cherished holiday event will feature a live orchestra, special guest artists and more than 100 dancers. The performances scheduled for December 7th at 7:30pm and December 8th at 2:00pm, get into the holiday spirit with The Franklin Performing Arts Company’s, The Nutcracker.



The Franklin Performing Arts Company will present the world premiere of Christopher Rice’s The Tappy Christmas Special: LIVE!. Join the live studio audience at The Black Box for a magical experience, don’t forget your dancing shoes! Christopher Rice will bring the stage to life with classic holiday songs and special Broadway guests.
