How long will it take to build my home at Brookview?


Upon reservation a due date will be given to you to finalize your design options and sign the P&S Agreement based on the construction timeline. All closing dates are predetermined for each of our 96 homes at Brookview at Franklin.

How many homes in total will there be?


96 condominiums; (31 buildings; 3 Quads, 28 triplexes)

How many floor plans are available?


Four with (2) bedrooms, two with (2) bedrooms plus a study and two with (3) bedrooms; all with 2-car garage and unfinished lower levels.

The square feet ranges from 1,848-2,422 of living space.

What are some included features


A variety of choices in cabinets and vanities in kitchen and baths per builder’s selection. Granite Counters in kitchen and baths. Kohler plumbing fixtures. How do I reserve a home at Brookview?


A non-binding reservation agreement with a $1,000 reservation deposit are required when you select and reserve your home at Brookview. At signing the P&S, a 10% deposit (less initial reservation deposit) are required to move forward with the building of your home. Any enhancement options will be due at final selection meeting prior to signing your P&S.
